1. Composition

The composition of this product is polysiloxane

2. Performance characteristics

This product is a colorless and transparent oily liquid with good chemical stability, excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance, high flash point and low freezing point, and can be used for a long time at -50 ℃ ~ +200 ℃ . Small viscosity-temperature coefficient, high compressibility, low surface tension, good water and moisture resistance

• Physical and chemical performance indicators

1. Appearance: Colorless transparent oily liquid
2. Viscosity ( mm² / s, 25 °C): 1000 ± 50
3. Density ( g/cm³ , 25 °C): 0.950 ～0.980
4. Refractive index ( 25 °C): 1.4015 ~ 1.4055
5. Flash point (open , ℃ ): >280

• experimental method

1. Exterior

   Take 100ml sample and pour it into a clean, dry, colorless and transparent 250ml beaker, and visually inspect it under sunlight or fluorescent lamp

2. viscosity

   According to the method stipulated in Chapter 4 (rotation method) of GB / T 10247-2008, the measurement temperature is 25 ℃ 

3. density

According to the method specified in 4.3.3 of GB/T 4472-2011 , the measurement temperature is 25 ℃

4. Refractive index   

   According to the method specified in GB/T 6488 , the measurement temperature is 25 ℃. 

5. Flash point

       Measured according to the method specified in GB/T 3536-2008 for flash point

• testing regulations

     The factory inspection items are appearance and viscosity, and the form inspection is based on product standards to conduct a comprehensive inspection of all physical and chemical performance indicators

• Packaging , Shipping and Storage

1. Package

        Products should be packaged in clean, dry, well-sealed packaging drums

2.  transportation

         The product is non-dangerous goods, and must pay attention to waterproof, sunscreen and moisture-proof during transportation

3. store

        The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, away from direct sunlight and isolated from fire sources. It should not be mixed with corrosive substances such as acid and alkali during storage. This product has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of production . If it is overdue, it can be re-inspected according to this regulation, and it can still be used if it meets the requirements of this standard.
