【Performance characteristics】

After the wire is dipped in this product, it can automatically cross-link and form a film on the surface of the wire, which becomes a protective coating that can improve acid and alkali corrosion resistance, crack resistance, elasticity, toughness and smoothness. When burning, it can generate a non-conductive silica ash, which improves the temperature resistance and insulation of the wire and prolongs the service life of the wire. This product can replace talc powder to isolate and prevent rubber cables from vulcanizing raw rubber, making it more convenient to isolate and remove the anti-stick drum and drum. Moreover, the appearance is bright, beautiful and smooth, and the environment is non-toxic and dust-free, which avoids the physical harm of dust to workers and greatly improves the operating conditions.

【Usage and Dosage】

①Before use, a small amount of tests should be carried out according to the rubber content and composition of the rubber wire, and the diameter of the wire to determine the applicability and applicable process of the cable. The general ratio of release agent for wire and cable is to dilute with 1-2 times of water (depending on different objects), or to cool down in the water tank first, and then soak in the original solution tank. When in use, the temperature of the working liquid tank should not be higher than 35°C. It is recommended to add the stock solution every day. If the working liquid tank is oily or the anti-sticking effect of the release agent becomes poor, it should be re-prepared, otherwise the appearance and release effect of the cable will be affected.
