【Properties】

 [Requirements for use] This product should be stirred separately before use, and then mixed according to 9:1. According to need, add appropriate times of deionized water to fully dilute component A, then add component B to fully stir, and use it up as soon as possible. The drying temperature must be above 100°C, and the drying time should be about 20 seconds (to fully cure the release agent).

【Precautions】

1. This product is easily "poisoned" by organic compounds containing P (phosphorus), S (sulfur) and N (nitrogen) elements in the molecule and affects the curing effect. Pay attention to cleaning when using to prevent impurities from mixing;

2. Clean the screen roller and trough every day to avoid cross-linking of residual materials on the equipment.

【Packaging and Storage】

1. Packed in 50kg or 200kg plastic drum;

2. Store airtightly at room temperature in a cool and dark place indoors. The storage period is half a year. Re-inspect after half a year. If it meets the above indicators, it can still be used;

3. If there is any remaining material in the barrel after use, it should be closed and stored in time;

4. Transport as non-dangerous goods.
