【Performance characteristics】

This product is a macromolecular silicone material made of high-purity silicone monomers and anionic surfactants through emulsion polymerization. It can be used as fabric finishing agent, polyester thread lubricant, and rubber mold release agent. It has the properties of heat resistance, water resistance, smoothness, softness, full hand feeling, good elasticity, wrinkle resistance and wear resistance. It is widely used in thread making, textile, printing and dyeing, leather, rubber and other industries.

【Applications】

1. Used for finishing of cotton, hemp, silk, wool, synthetic fiber and their fabrics. The finished fabrics are soft, smooth, elastic, wear-resistant, washable, and can enhance temperature resistance and waterproof performance.

2. Used in the treatment of various threads (especially high-speed sewing threads) in the thread industry to make them smooth, enhance the strength and toughness of the threads, prevent breakage, and increase sewing speed.

3. Used to treat wigs and similar products to make them soft, shiny and smooth, and improve the combing effect.

4. Used as a release agent on the surface of leather and other products to protect the leather surface and prevent sticking.

5. Water-based release agent for rubber and plastic products.

【Dosage】

When used for softening or surface treatment, it is generally used alone or compounded into a solution with a solid content of 1-5%. It is generally diluted to 3-6% when used as a release agent. Other applications refer to this.

【Precautions】

Anion and cation emulsions cannot be used in combination, and compatibility should be paid attention to when mixing with other materials.

【Packaging and storage】

1.50kg or 200kg polyethylene plastic drum packaging.

2. Store in a cool place (indoor), the storage period is 12 months.
