Amino silicone oil emulsion

This product is a compound of organopolysiloxane high polymer and polymer, suitable for soft finishing of natural fiber textiles such as cotton, wool, silk, hemp and human hair. And endow the textile with a certain degree of hydrophilicity.

[recommended process]

1. Exhaustion process (overflow, rope cylinder, industrial washing machine)

Softener dosage: 1-5% (OWF)

Bath ratio: 1:10-20

pH value of working solution: 6-7

Temperature: 30-40℃

Time: 30-40 minutes

2. Padding process:

Softener dosage: 10-30g/l

Squeezing rate: 70-85%

Liquid rolling method: one dipping and one rolling or two dipping and two rolling

Baking temperature: 130-180℃

Baking time: 0.5-1.5 minutes

The specific process and dosage should be adjusted by the customer according to the actual situation.

【Packaging and storage】

1.25kg or 50kg polyethylene plastic drum packaging
