WPL-365 emulsion is a non-ionic polydimethylsiloxane emulsion, because of its non-ionic nature, it can be widely used in various systems, such as non-ionic, anionic, cationic emulsification systems or polymerization without complex formation In the physical system, the performance of WPL-365 emulsion is more obvious than that of the product before replacement, and it has better stability when diluted to 20% solid content.

[Application] 
WPL-365 emulsion can be used as a polishing agent component in automotive and furniture polishing agents, and
can provide good gloss with a minimum amount of coating.  
Release agent for:  
rubber or plastic parts (corks, screw caps, bungs, etc.).  
Lubrication of the following products:
extruded rubber parts; conveyor belt textile machinery lubricant spinning sewing thread lubrication knitwear manufacturing  
sewing needle lubrication glass cloth exhaust filter device
[how to use]
When used as a release/lubricant, WPL-365 emulsion can be used directly or diluted, traditional spraying, dipping, wiping or brushing. It should be diluted with water of low hardness. For example, 1 kg of WPL-365 emulsion is diluted with 20 kg of water, but users can do small-scale experiments before production according to the concentration required by the method of use. WPL-365 emulsion can be used straight or diluted. As a textile finish, the padding process can be used, the amount of emulsion used depends on the fabric structure and type (natural or synthetic). In general, the recommended concentration is 6g/L and 25g/L.  

[Expiry date and storage]
WPL-365 emulsion can be frozen, so please avoid it. If it freezes, please thaw it at room temperature before continuing to use. To prevent freezing, please store it above 5ºC, and keep it below 35ºC (86ºF) without opening , This product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
