【Usage and Dosage】

Dilute this product with tap water or deionized water to a concentration of 1 to 10 times before use. The specific dilution factor depends on the material to be released from the mold and the requirements for the product surface after testing. This product is a water-based system, do not add other additives to the release agent.

After dilution, this product is evenly sprayed or brushed on the surface of the mold at normal processing temperature on the pre-treated or cleaned mold (it can be sprayed or brushed several times until the release agent is uniform), so as to ensure the release effect and the surface of the finished product smooth, then the raw material can be poured into the mold.

【Precautions】

This product is an anionic system and should not be used in combination with cationic systems. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, rinse it off with clean water immediately, and use up the diluted lotion as soon as possible.

【Packaging, storage and transportation】

1. This product is packaged in 50KG plastic barrels and 200KG barrels.

2. It should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place at room temperature.

3. Storage and transportation as non-dangerous goods.
