【Applications】

Used for mold release of PU cast elastomers, and other rubber and resin release.

【Dosage】

When this product is used for mold release of polyurethane elastomer, dichloromethane (or toluene, xylene, gasoline, 120# solvent oil and other organic solvents) should be diluted first, and then the diluted product should be evenly sprayed or coated Just brush on the mold. The dilution ratio varies depending on the material, size, processing temperature, technical requirements, and process conditions of the polyurethane product to be processed. Generally, it is 10-15 times, and it should be determined after the test.

【Packaging, storage and transportation】

1. This product is packed in 25KG polyethylene plastic drum.

2. Store at room temperature and avoid contact with strong acids and alkalis.

3. Storage and transportation as non-dangerous goods.
