Because of its nonionic nature, it can be widely used in various systems, such as nonionic, anionic, cationic emulsification systems Or the polymer system that does not form a complex, the performance of WPL-360 emulsion is more obvious than that of the product before replacement, and it has better stability when diluted to 20% solid content.

[how to use]  
When used as a release/lubricant, WPL-360 Emulsion can be applied straight or diluted, conventional spraying, dipping, rubbing or brushing. It should be diluted with water of low hardness. For example, 1 part by mass of WPL-360 emulsion is diluted with 20 parts by mass of water, but users can do small-scale experiments according to the concentration required by the usage method before production. WPL-360 emulsion can be used straight or diluted. As a textile finish, the padding process can be used, the amount of emulsion used depends on the fabric structure and type (natural or synthetic). In general, the recommended concentration is 6g/L and 25g/L.  

[Expiry date and storage]
WPL-360 emulsion can be frozen, so please avoid it. If it freezes, please thaw it at room temperature before continuing to use. To prevent freezing, please store it above 5ºC, and keep it below 35ºC (86ºF) without opening , This product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
