1. Performance characteristics:

WPL-amino silicone oil is an amino-modified polysiloxane with diamine groups in the side chain, and its molecular structure is as follows:

R1(CH3)2SiO[(CH3)2SiO]m[(R2)(CH3)Si0]n Si(CH3)2R1

Among them, R1 is a methyl group or a hydroxyl group, and R2 is an aminohydrocarbyl group with primary and secondary amines. This product has strong adsorption to human hair and fabric fibers such as cotton, wool, silk, and hemp, and can be used with hair or fibers. The active groups are closely combined to form a firm protective film on its surface, resulting in a lasting soft, smooth and glossy feeling, wear-resistant, folding and washing resistance.

3. Purpose:

1. When used in high-end shampoo and hair care cosmetics, it can make the hair softer, smoother and more shiny, significantly reduce the combing force, and is antistatic and washable.

2. When used to process cotton, wool, linen, silk and other fabric fibers, it can make the fabric feel soft, smooth and elastic. Therefore, this product is an ideal material for making hairdressing and hair care cosmetics and high-grade fabric softening and finishing agents.

3. Used for glazing and protection of wooden and leather furniture and floors.

4. Other unfinished and undeveloped applications.

4. Usage and dosage:

1. For shampoo and hair care cosmetics, amino silicone oil must be emulsified into emulsion with zwitterionic or nonionic surfactants, and then mixed in shampoo and conditioner according to the standard ratio of solid content of 0.5-1%. It can be used in hairdressing and hair care cosmetics such as hair toner, baking oil, and mousse. DY-3221 amino silicon emulsion is emulsified silicone emulsion, which can be added directly.

2. It is used for soft finishing of knitted textiles such as cotton, wool, linen, silk, etc. It is also emulsified before use, and then the emulsified amino silicon emulsion is added to the finishing washing liquid and stirred well, and then it can be used to finish fiber fabrics. The dosage depends on the fabric to be finished and the technical requirements. Generally, it can be added at 0.3-1% (solid content) of the washing liquid.

5. Matters needing attention:

If it is exposed to the open environment for too long, it will cause surface skinning or cross-linking and curing, and it will tend to change viscosity or cross-link when mixed with acid and alkali substances. It is not suitable for treating white or light-colored fabrics, because it tends to yellow at high temperature.

6. Storage and transportation:

1. Silicone oil should be sealed and stored in clean polyethylene plastic barrels or plastic-lined iron barrels, and should not be in contact with strong acids and alkalis.

2. It should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry place. The room temperature should be 4-35°C, which should not be too high or too low.

3. Transport as non-toxic and non-dangerous goods.

4. The storage period is one year. If it exceeds one year, it can still be used if it passes the re-inspection.
