This product is a transparent, colorless to yellow polysiloxane of various viscosities, modified by long-chain alkyl and aryl groups.

Appearance: colorless or light yellow

Viscosity (25°C, CS): 1000~2000

Volatile matter (150℃, 3h): ≤3.0%

Specific gravity: 0.96~0.98

Three performance

Long-chain alkyl and aralkyl-modified polysiloxane, with isolation and anti-sticking lubricity at high temperature (300~320°C). As the base oil of aluminum or aluminum-magnesium alloy high-temperature die-casting agent, it has excellent properties of high temperature resistance, no carbonization, no pollution to the mold, and no residue. At the same time, the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy products demolded with this product will not affect the subsequent electroplating, printing and bonding processes.

Four purposes

1. Used as grease base oil, alkyl modified silicone oil has excellent lubricity, and can be used for lubrication between stainless steel and titanium steel, which are difficult to lubricate, and used as lubricating oil for aluminum machines without adding boundary lubrication additives. It has good compatibility with synthetic resins and can be used as an additive to improve the boundary lubricity of products.

2. Alkyl-modified silicone oil in the form of a grease-like solid, mixed with paraffin, can be used as a lubricant for fibers and yarns and a processing aid for melt spinning.

3. Used as a release agent, not only has an excellent use effect, but also does not hinder the subsequent printing, embossing and painting on the product surface.

4. Used as water agent, can lower the freezing point of crude oil and improve the impact strength of polypropylene, etc.

5. Used as skin care and hair care products, adding hydrocarbon-based modified silicone oil to the formula of skin care and hair care products can improve lubricity and spreadability, give good sealing, and improve hair conditioning.

Five application methods

After this product is emulsified, it can be used as a release agent for molds. When used as paint additives and lubricants, it can be used directly or diluted with organic solvents. When actually adding, please pay attention to properly adjust the amount of addition.
