This product is a colorless transparent liquid with excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance, high flash point, low freezing point, can be used for a long time under the condition of -50ºC～+250ºC, small viscosity-temperature coefficient, high compressibility, low surface tension , Hydrophobic and moisture-proof, chemically inert, physiologically inert.

【Applications】

This product can be used in different industries according to the hydroxyl content and viscosity.

1. Medium and high viscosity products are used as the base glue of paper anti-sticking agent, and the cured film has good anti-sticking effect. Such as the treatment of label backing paper, asphalt wrapping paper, sealing paper tape backing paper, decoration paper backing paper, etc.

2. Used in the electrical appliance industry as the main component of insulating varnish or as a component of insulators.

3. Used as the base rubber and diluent of condensation type room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, such as the base material of sealant and mold glue.

4. It can be used instead of simethicone and is easy to emulsify.

5. Small molecule hydroxy silicone oil (25-30CP, hydroxyl content about 8%) is an excellent structure control agent for silicone rubber. Using it instead of diphenyl dihydroxy silane not only simplifies the processing technology of silicone rubber, but also improves the processing performance (saving To heat treatment), but also increased the transparency of the product and improved working conditions.

【Dosage】

Generally, it is used with curing agent to achieve cross-linking and curing. When it is used for release paper, it must be fixed with the help of coupling agent. Generally, the amount of curing agent accounts for 3-5% of the base glue, and the coupling agent accounts for 0.5-1% of the base glue. %, in most cases, the base glue is diluted 10 times with a solvent, and then the curing agent and coupling agent are added, stirred evenly, and then coated on the surface of the substrate, and cured at room temperature or by heating. It takes more than 30 minutes at room temperature, and 30 seconds at 120-150ºC. Solvent-free for sealants and mold bases. Stir well after adding the curing agent (one-component and two-component curing agents are different), and it can be cured in 30 to 120 minutes after defoaming.
