Phenyl hydrogen silicone oil

[Performance characteristics]

This product is a double-terminal hydrogen-containing methylphenylsiloxane oligomer, and its chemical structure is:

H(CH3)2SiO[(CH3)2SiO]m[(C6H5)2SiO]nSi(CH3)2H。

Since the molecule contains active Si-H bonds, it can participate in a variety of chemical reactions and can be used as a crosslinking agent for addition-type potting adhesives. Due to the phenyl functional group, the high and low temperature resistance and radiation resistance are improved. The finished product has the excellent characteristics of strong aging resistance, good UV resistance and no yellowing after long-term use.

[Usage and Dosage]

According to the hydrogen content, add silicone oil and catalyst to make liquid silicone rubber.

[Precautions]

The product needs to be stored in a dry and cool place, sealed and kept away from moisture. Do not mix this product with other oils during use so as not to affect the use effect. During use, it is strictly forbidden to contact metal compounds containing nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, polyvinyl, peroxide, lead, tin, cadmium, etc., to avoid incomplete curing caused by silicone rubber catalyst poisoning.

Packing: 25kg, 50kg, 200kg plastic drum

Storage: It should be kept in a ventilated and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, and should be isolated from fire sources and away from heat sources. This product has a storage period of one year from the date of production. After the storage period is exceeded, it can still be used if the detection indicators pass the test.

Transportation: This product is a non-dangerous product and is transported as a general chemical.
