【Performance characteristics】

This product is a polydimethylsiloxane with a vinyl group at both ends of the molecular chain, and its molecular structure is as follows: CH2=CH-Si(CH3)2O[(CH3)2SiO]n(CH3)2Si- CH=CH2 This product is an excellent and active intermediate material. In addition to smoothness, softness, brightness, and heat and weather resistance, this product also has the following unique properties:

1. The vinyl groups at both ends have strong reactivity and can react quickly with hydrogen-containing silicone oil (under the action of a catalyst); they can also participate in various other reactions.

2. Compared with branched vinyl silicone oil, there is no pendant segment in the molecule.

3. It has better compatibility with organic materials than methyl silicone oil, and is easier to be compatible with other organic materials.

4. It is used to produce addition-type silicone rubber base rubber to improve its physical and mechanical properties such as fluidity and tear resistance.

【Applications】

1. Used as an additive in the production of silicone rubber to enhance the strength and hardness of silicone rubber;

2. It is used to make liquid silicone rubber and is the main material for injection thermoforming silicone rubber;

3. This product reacts with various organic materials such as polyurethane and acrylic acid, and can be made into new materials (such as coatings, etc.) with better performance (weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, toughness enhancement, etc.).

【Dosage】

The dosage is 5% to 10% for adding materials or modification, and 50% to 100% for the base rubber.

【Packaging, storage and transportation】

1. This product should be stored airtightly at room temperature in a dry, ventilated and cool place, not near fire sources, avoid sun exposure, and avoid mixing impurities (especially catalysts, acid-base substances);

2. Packed in 200㎏ iron drum or 50㎏ clean polyethylene plastic drum

3. Store and transport as non-dangerous goods.
