【Performance characteristics】

Alkyl silicone oil is a new material produced by replacing part of the methyl groups of traditional polydimethylsiloxane with alkane-based materials and grafting. This product not only has high and low temperature resistance, lubricity, excellent flexibility, etc., but also has many new functions, which are specifically manifested in:

1. It has better smoothness and wear resistance, and can adapt to users to make more lubricated products, such as making textile auxiliaries, lubricating oil, grease, etc.;

2. It has better compatibility with other oils.

3. When this product is used as a release agent or release agent, the finished product can be printed, colored and bonded on the surface of the product without cleaning the surface.

4. Because this product has good compatibility with organic materials, it can be used as an internal release agent for rubber, plastics, synthetic resins, etc. It is suitable for use as an internal dispersant for several oil-phase or solid-phase organic materials, such as pigments dispersion, etc.;

5. This product has very good moisturizing, smoothing and anti-drying functions, so it is especially suitable for making high-end skin care products.

Solubility: Completely miscible with mineral oil.

【Applications】

1. Cosmetics: as a lubricant for shampoos and creams;

2. Release agent: as metal release agent and rubber and plastic release agent, it is especially suitable for release of polyurethane products, and can also be added to plastics, synthetic resins and other materials as an internal release agent;

3. As high-grade lubricating oil, grease or its main component;

4. Defoamer, wetting and dispersing agent for paint and coating;

5. As a dispersant for colorants and other additives;

【Dosage】

According to different application industries, when used as an additive, the dosage should be between 0.2% and 5%. When used as an external release agent, it is generally emulsified or diluted to a concentration of 2.5-10% and sprayed or brushed on the surface of the mold.

1. This product is packed in a 50kg plastic drum.
