It has excellent high temperature resistance and salt spray resistance. The temperature resistance of its varnish can reach 300°C, and the color paint can reach 500°C. It has very good compatibility with organic resins and can be used with water-based curing agents to achieve better self-drying at room temperature. ; And it can be diluted with infinite water, which meets the requirements of environmental protection regulations;

4. Packaging and storage

Generally, it is packed in 200kg or 50kg plastic barrels; it is stored in a sealed and dry environment at 5~36℃, and the shelf life is generally 12 months from the date of production;

5. Construction reference

It is recommended to prepare water-based resin-free color paste and use it together with resin emulsion; when compounding with organic resin (such as water-based polyamide curing agent), it is necessary to screen the compatibility of the two, especially in varnish applications; The resin emulsion has good self-drying property at room temperature, which can give the workpiece initial protection and transportability; however, if you want to obtain more excellent heat resistance and physical and mechanical properties, it is recommended to completely Curing, preferably at 250°C for 30 minutes or at 280°C for 15 minutes.
