Methyl vinyl MQ silicone resin is a new type of silicone material with a three-dimensional (non-linear) structure composed of Si-O bonds as the skeleton. Its structural formula is as follows: (CH 3 ) 2 ₍ CH ₂ = _CH ) Si0 _1/2 ] _a  [(CH ₃ ) ₃ Si0 _1/2 ] _b  [Si0 _4/2 ] _c  where [(CH ₃ ) ₂ (CH ₂ =CH)Si0 _1/2 ] _a  [(CH3)3Si0 _{1 /2} ] _b is the M structure, and [Si0 _4/2 ] _c is the Q structure. According to the difference of M:Q value [that is (a+b)/c], its performance, specification and application are different.

Methyl vinyl MQ type silicone resin has the following excellent characteristics:

1. Excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance, it can be used in the temperature environment of -60°C to +300°C.

2. Good film-forming property, adhesion property, moderate flexibility, anti-aging and anti-ultraviolet radiation.

3. Good water repellency.

4. Vinyl can realize hydrosilylation crosslinking reaction.

5. Excellent isolation performance and durable, it is a semi-permanent release agent.

2. Additives for heat vulcanized silicone rubber to improve hardness and modulus.

3. It is an ideal material for making various waterproof coatings and making lipsticks in the daily chemical industry.

4. It can be used as a peeling force regulator for addition-type anti-adhesive agents, and can be used in anti-adhesive formulations.

5. It can be used to make a release agent for various materials.

6. As a reinforcing agent in addition-type liquid silicone rubber, the reinforced silicone rubber is colorless and transparent with high mechanical strength.

7. Other unfinished and undeveloped applications.

Dosage

When adding directly, it can be heated and added to the system and mixed evenly. Solvents can be used for indirect addition (such as benzene, xylene, 120# solvent, etc.)

Disperse and add to the system. Those that need to be used in a colorless and odorless environment should be dispersed with a colorless and odorless dispersant (such as silicone oil, etc.)

Use after spreading. The dosage can be selected between 1% and 20% according to different applications.
