1. Performance and use:

This product has excellent high and low temperature resistance performance, water-repellent and moisture-proof performance, good electrical insulation performance, and arc corona resistance performance. It is also excellent in weather resistance, chemical resistance, stability and corrosion resistance. This product is widely used as high-temperature resistant anti-corrosion coating (up to 500 degrees or more), can be completely cured by two components at room temperature, and has better baking curing performance. It can also be used as H-class insulating coating.

Appearance: light yellow to colorless transparent liquid, allowing opalescence, no mechanical impurities

Solid content: 50±1%

Viscosity: 25~65 seconds (coat 4 cups)

Epoxy value: 0.02～0.07

3. Packaging and storage:

This product is packed in 200kg iron drum and stored in a cool and dry place. The storage period is tentatively set for half a year. Avoid direct sunlight and contact with acid and alkali. It is stored and transported as dangerous goods.

4. Construction reference:

1. Two-component curing at room temperature, used in conjunction with Bayer 3390, N75 and other isocyanate or polyamide curing agents, the amount added is 15-25% of the total resin.

2. Bake and cure at high temperature, and heat up to 180°C for one hour to completely cure. It can also be combined with amino resin to shorten the curing time.

3. The dilution solvent used in this product must not contain water, acid, alkali, amine compounds, sulfur compounds, pyridine and other impurities, otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dryness and other properties of the resin paint film.

4. This product contains xylene and other flammable and explosive solvents that volatilize. During the processing, attention should be paid to strengthening the site ventilation, paying attention to fire prevention, and strictly cutting off the source of fire. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.

5. The equipment and utensils used in the processing of this product must be clean. Strictly prevent the mixing of dust and foreign matter and bring water.
