Methyl vinyl MQ type silicone resin is a new type of three-dimensional (non-linear) structure composed of Si-O bonds as the skeleton.

Silicone material, its structural formula is as follows: (CH3)2(CH2=CH)Si01/2]a [(CH3)3Si01/2]b [Si04/2]c

Among them, [(CH3)2(CH2=CH)Si01/2]a [(CH3)3Si01/2]b is the M structure, and [Si04/2]c is the Q structure. According to M:Q value [ie

(a+b)/c], its performance, specifications and applications are different.

Methyl vinyl MQ type silicone resin has the following excellent characteristics:

Dosage

When adding directly, it can be heated and added to the system and mixed evenly. Solvents (such as benzene, xylene, 120# solvent, etc.) can be used for indirect addition, dispersed and then added to the system. Those that need to be used in a colorless and odorless environment should be dispersed with a colorless and odorless dispersant (such as silicone oil, etc.) before use. The dosage can be selected between 1% and 20% according to different applications.
