1. Performance characteristics

MQ-type silicone resin containing methyl hydrogen is a new type of silicone material with a three-dimensional (non-linear) structure composed of Si-O bonds as the skeleton. Its structural formula is as follows: [(CH ₃ ) ₂ HSiO _1/2 ] _a  [(CH ₃ ) ₃ SiO _1/2 ] _b  [SiO _4/2 ] _c. Wherein [(CH ₃ ) ₂ HSiO _1/2 ] _a  [(CH ₃ ) ₃ SiO _1/2 ] _b is the M structure, and [SiO _4/2 ] _c is the Q structure. According to the difference of M:Q value [that is (a+b)/c], it is divided into three specifications: HMQ101, HMQ102, and HMQ103. Because of the active Si-H bond, in addition to the basic characteristics of methyl MQ silicone resin, it also has reactivity, and can be used as a crosslinking agent for hydrogen silicon addition vulcanized silicone gum and silicone resin, and film formation in the semiconductor manufacturing process agent and other raw materials for modifying MQ silicone resin.

2. Purpose

1. Crosslinking agent: crosslinking agent for silicone rubber and silicone resin.

2. Reinforcing filler: It can be used as filler for RTV rubber, HTV rubber, addition type liquid silicone rubber and heat vulcanized rubber.

3. Tackifier: used in sealants and silicone resin coatings.

4. Other modified MQ silicone resin intermediates.

5. Other additives: such as the preparation of release agents, defoamers, anti-sticking agents and brighteners, and peeling force regulators for addition-type anti-sticking agents.

6. Other applications to be developed.
