Features

Methyl MQ type silicone resin is a new type of organic silicon material with a three-dimensional (non-linear) structure composed of Si-O bonds as the skeleton. Its structural formula is as follows: [(CH ₃ ) ₃ Si _1/2 ] _a  [ SiO _4/2 ] _b , where [(CH ₃ ) ₃ SiO _1/2 ] is M, and [SiO _4/2 ] is Q. Different molar ratios of M and Q chain members in the molecular structure have different properties, specifications and applications. Has the following excellent characteristics:

Excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance, it can be used in the temperature environment of -60°C to +300°C.

Good film-forming properties, moderate flexibility, and anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet radiation.

Very good water repellency.

Better adhesion performance.

Excellent release properties, and durable, is a semi-permanent release agent.

1. To make high-temperature resistant coatings, which are used for insulation, joining and sealing of H-class motors.

2. Make high temperature resistant and strong alkali resistant defoamer, improve the antifoaming performance of defoamer.

3. It is an ideal material for making various waterproof coatings and making lipsticks in the daily chemical industry.

4. Improve and adjust the peeling force of pressure-sensitive adhesives, so it can be used as a peeling force regulator for making pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, etc.

5. It can be used as a component of release agent in various plastic fields.

6. It is suitable as a tackifier for bonding and compounding inorganic materials and organic materials.

7. As a reinforcing agent in silicone rubber, the reinforced silicone rubber is colorless and transparent with high mechanical strength.

Packing: This product is packed in 50kg or 200kg plastic barrels

Storage: Store under airtight conditions at 25°C. The service life of this product is 24 months from the date of production.
