Application Features

1. WPL-1808 is a dispersion of methylphenyl silicone resin in water, containing a small amount of toluene, generally 5-10%

2. WPL-1808 has a temperature resistance comparable to that of solvent-based silicone resins. Generally, the temperature resistance of varnishes can reach 300-350°C, and the temperature resistance of colored paints can reach 500-650°C: the specific performance is that the varnishes still have good performance at 300-350°C. Excellent high temperature resistance and anti-yellowing performance, aluminum silver paint or black paint (inorganic black) still has good anti-cracking and anti-stripping performance at 500-650 °C;

Instructions

1. It is generally recommended to first grind the resin-free color paste, and then add SH9608A to prepare the color paint under the condition of low front shear: grinding with pigments and fillers, or other strong shearing conditions may cause WPL-1808 to demulsify Precipitate.

2. WPL-1808 has good self-drying property at room temperature, which can give the workpiece initial protection and transportability; but if you want to obtain more excellent heat resistance and physical and mechanical properties, it is recommended to completely Curing, preferably at 250°C for 30min or at 280°C for 15min
