1. It has good compatibility with paint and ink, and only a small amount of addition will have a significant effect. 

2. It can reduce the friction coefficient (smoothness) of the paint film surface, and has the effect of being flat, smooth and bright.

3. It is not easy to produce oil slicks if it is added to the coating ink in advance for a long time.

4. Because it contains various functional groups that react with the coating resin, it can improve the compatibility and durability with the coating.

5. Eliminate problems caused by oil spots or oil stains, and have the effect of eliminating paint foam. The adhesiveness of the coating film can be improved.

6. Because it is dispersed inside and on the surface of the coating film, it can prevent the convection phenomenon caused by the drying of the coating.

3. Dosage and usage:

The addition amount is 0. 02 – 0. 20%, which can be added during the production process; due to the high active ingredients of the product, the addition amount is small, it is recommended to dilute with dimethylformamide to a 10% solution before use; this product may be used in some The compatibility in the system is limited, please test the appropriate amount before use.

 

4. Packaging, storage and transportation

1. This product is packaged in 50L plastic drum and 200L iron drum.

2. Store in a dry, ventilated and cool place, avoid strong sunlight, and avoid contact with acids and alkalis.

3. Storage and transportation as non-dangerous goods.
