1. Performance characteristics

Excellent silicone surface additive. Improves substrate wetting by reducing surface tension of coatings. Increase surface smoothness and scratch resistance and anti-adhesion, improve leveling, increase gloss, prevent Bernard vortex. It is suitable for adding to solvent-based, solvent-free and water-based coatings.

Appearance: Colorless to light amber transparent oily liquid

Density (25°C) g/cm3: 1.03～1.04

Cloud point (1% aqueous solution at 25°C)°C: 36～44

3. How to use

Water-based system (water-based pigments, paints, latex paints, water-based inks, neutral inks): 0.3-1% of the total formulation recommended dosage

Oily system: 0.05-0.5% of the total formula recommended dosage

Solvent-free system: 0.3-1% of the total formulation recommended dosage

Added at any stage in the production process, for the convenience of use, it can be diluted with a suitable solvent first.

4. Storage and transportation

1. This product is non-toxic and should be stored and transported as non-dangerous goods.

2. Packed in 50kg, 200kg plastic drum or iron drum.

3. This product should be stored airtight in a dry, cool and ventilated place to prevent exposure to the sun or store in an environment below 30°C; it should be stored separately, away from oxides and other chemical products; avoid close to heat sources.
