WPL-diffusion oil

1. Performance characteristics:

WPL-diffusion oil is also called dispersion oil, which is an essential high-efficiency additive in plastic injection molding. WPL-diffusion oil is non-toxic, harmless, non-radioactive, colorless, and can diffuse, brighten, and release molds, etc. effect.

1. Improve the dispersibility of pigments, make the coloring more uniform, brighter in color, and make the surface of the product brighter.

2. Eliminate surface defects caused by adding fillers, reduce the surface viscosity of the melt,

3. Reduce the torque and extrusion pressure of the extruder, reduce and eliminate die accumulation, reduce and eliminate melt fracture, and act as an internal and external release agent.

2. Instructions for use:

1. It can be used for injection mold release of various plastics and resins (AS, ABS, PET/PBT, POM, PP, PE, PT, PC, PA, TPU, etc.), and the addition amount is generally 0.2-0.5%;  

2. As a pretreatment agent for fillers, it can receive good results, make the surface of the product bright, and eliminate surface defects caused by adding fillers. The addition amount is 0.2-0.5%;  

3. The brightness and dispersant of the masterbatch make the pigment have better dispersibility in PE and PVC, the masterbatch is bright and smooth, and the amount added depends on the type and content of the resin and pigment;  

4. Used as an external lubricant for PVC calendered film and sheet (film), as well as an opening agent and lubricant for heat shrinkable films;  

3. Instructions for use:

When the plastic is still a raw material before molding, before adding the pigment, the diffusion oil should be added to the plastic as needed and stirred evenly, and then the pigment should be added and stirred.

4. Packaging and storage:

1. Packed in 25kg or 50kg plastic drums.

2. Store in a ventilated and dry place, do not touch open flames, and prevent direct sunlight.

3. The shelf life is 1 year, and it is transported as non-dangerous goods.
