WPL-ink defoamer

 

1. Performance characteristics

WPL-Ink defoamer is an excellent anti-foaming and defoaming agent, which has a good effect of suppressing and eliminating the bubbles produced in the manufacture and construction of solvent-based coating inks. For solvent-based high-build systems, WPL-ink defoamer has incomparable advantages.

Appearance: colorless transparent liquid

Chemical Composition: Silicone Polymer

Volatile matter: <1%

 

3. Purpose

Widely used in various solvent-based systems, including but not limited to the following application areas:

Screen printing ink system

Epoxy resin, epoxy floor, epoxy adhesive

Two-component polyurethane coatings, adhesives

Light curing coating

Heavy duty coating

Nitro paint, mixing paint

 

4. Addition amount:   

According to different uses, the suggested addition amount is 0.01-0.8% of the total amount, for self-leveling epoxy floor: 0.3%-0.4%, for silk screen printing ink: 0.5-1.0%.

 

5. Matters needing attention:     

Adding before grinding or stirring has the best anti-foaming effect, and it can also be added later to defoam, but it needs to be stirred evenly. In the color system, it is recommended to grind together with the grinding part to get a better distribution effect.

WPL-ink defoamer has high active ingredients and can be diluted before adding.

 

6. Storage and transportation:

1. This product is non-toxic and should be stored and transported as non-dangerous goods.

2. Packed in 50kg, 200kg plastic drum or iron drum.

3. This product should be stored airtight in a dry, cool and ventilated place to prevent exposure to the sun or store in an environment below 30°C; it should be stored separately, away from oxides and other chemical products; avoid close to heat sources.
