1. Performance characteristics

This product is an organosilicon compound with a special structure, which can improve the wettability of the substrate by reducing the surface tension of the coating. Increase surface smoothness, scratch resistance and anti-adhesive properties, improve leveling, increase gloss, and prevent orange peel.

1. Appearance: colorless or light yellow transparent liquid

2. PH value: 7 

3. Viscosity: 30cs～50cs

3. Purpose

It is suitable for adding to oily and water-based products such as wood varnish, baking varnish, glue, leather coating, PU coating, epoxy resin, polyurethane, floor coating, etc.

4. Usage and Dosage

This product can be directly added and dispersed in the process of letdown and pulping. The recommended addition amount is 0.5-1%. For special effects, the addition amount can be increased to 1-3%. The final addition amount can be added as appropriate according to the desired effect.

5. Storage and packaging

The storage period is six months. This product is a non-hazardous chemical. It is transported as a general chemical and stored in a cool and ventilated place.

50Kg or 200Kg plastic barrels, special packaging can be customized according to customer needs.
