3. Purpose 

Specially developed a special synthetic additive for sewing thread and embroidery thread, it has better thermal shielding effect than ordinary 201 silicone oil, low breakage rate, low fuzz, good antistatic property, etc., and low oiling rate, Generally equivalent to 1/3 of 201 silicone oil; and can greatly improve the smoothness and softness of the thread, increase the luster of the thread, and also have outstanding antistatic properties.

 

4. Usage and Dosage 

Use the contact method for oiling, and the oiling rate is 1-2%.

Regarding oiling by contact, there are usually two types on the market. The first is that the oil is contained in the wire box. After the wire passes through the oil surface in the box, the remaining oil is absorbed by the sponge or blanket cloth and directly made into a pagoda wire for use. Direct sewing thread. The second is that the wire is placed in a rotating stirring pot, and the oil is directly put into the wire and stirred evenly.

 

5. Matters needing attention

This product is stored for a long time in winter, and it should be stirred evenly when in use to prevent multi-phase separation. If multi-phase separation occurs, the original use effect can be restored after stirring evenly, without affecting the quality.
